    While not all challenges involve making a decision, most do and how you decide to tackle them is how they can be considered an ethical or unethical decision to take on this challenge. or the task at hand. Some challenges I faced in my life required an ethical decision by reforming the clubs I was in to strive for the better, making normal daily decisions and decisions when it comes to directly using the leadership. An example of making an ethical decision to reform a club was when I became president of the Larimer County 4-H Junior Leaders Club. I had the option to let the club continue on the downward path or challenge the old and move in a new direction and turn past work into quality instead of just putting it together while having high standards for the club during rebuild. Knowing that this decision would be extremely difficult and that I was content to follow what the club had been doing for years, I took on the ethical decision to do what was best for the club, whatever the challenge, the criticism I might receive. the extension agent (considered the boss of the club) and the difficulty of making a separate club a work unit which was one
