    Building a business is hard. Only 55% of service companies are still in business after 4 years according to Statistics Brain (Statistics Brain, 2014). I started a small business to help parents navigate the health and education systems when they suspect their child may have learning difficulties. Organizational culture is extremely important to business success, especially during difficult times. Organizational culture is defined as “the beliefs, assumptions, and values ​​that members of a group share regarding rules of conduct, leadership styles, administrative procedures, rituals, and customs” (Akbar Ahmadi, Salamzadeh, Daraei and Akbari, 2012, p. ). Assuming that the founders of the company are disciplined managers, it may be helpful to establish common behaviors and rituals early in the company's creation to facilitate management and governance so that the whole vast and disparate startup tasks run smoothly. Because starting a business will be difficult, it is important to understand how establishing a culture early on in a startup business will enable the intense focus required to successfully launch a new consulting services company. The tasks for starting a business start with deciding what problem needs to be solved. a specific market, then choose a business structure, conduct direct market research, develop a strategy, determine how to finance the company and, most importantly, who will be on the founding team.
