    We know that people react differently from others, like the man who left earlier than all the other men. Even though the experiment only lasted less than a week, it showed us that we can't do these kinds of studies without someone from the outside looking in. It was a difficult environment for everyone involved. From Zimbardo to the prisoners, it was a difficult time. They hadn't even begun to see the changes in themselves being so absorbed in study. People will react to certain situations however they see fit, even if they don't realize they are hurting the people around them at the time. I don't think any of the guards intended to hurt anyone, they just didn't realize at the time that what they were doing was wrong. We cannot treat each other like human beings. Thanks to Christina Maslach, the project was able to be completed sooner. Without her seeing what she had, who knows how much worse it would have been for everyone involved. We are all human and no one deserves to be treated as such; prisoner or
