    Social needs will focus on safe work areas and job security. Self-actualization involves working with creativity, innovation and focusing on achieving long-term goals. Each employee has their own needs; each employee can be motivated by different factors. Organizational leaders must identify the level of needs at which the employee is functioning and use those needs as a goal or bar to achieve in terms of employee motivation. Theories generally have positive and negative sides and Maslow's theory also attracts some criticism. The theory makes a lot of sense, but people have different needs, which means the pyramid of needs is organized differently for each individual, for example: Social needs are the most important factor for me and I think they should come first, but according to Maslow, it does. not the most important factor. Another criticism is that Maslow believed that people must satisfy the needs of lower classes before reaching their potential and flourishing. This is not true because poor people tend to need love and belonging first, but according to Maslow, this should not be the case.
