    Jose Guerena, a man with a wife and children was mercilessly shot 72 times when cops entered his Tucson home and Jose grabbed a handgun. fire to defend himself and his family (Crazy Facts). He never returned fire at the police and his gun remained secure during the entire event (Crazy Facts). Police brutality is now a common phenomenon all over the world. Corruption of power is today a recurring problem in the world which plunges countries into turmoil. Police brutality is one such form of corruption that inflicts unprovoked violence and harm on people. The United States is not safe, many cases happen here, and the most famous ones include the Rodney King case and the Great Railroad strike. Many countries outside the United States experience some of the worst scenarios of police cruelty, such as torture and corruption, which make citizens fear the police. In the United States, police brutality is a crime that plagues the country; it has gone virtually unnoticed over the years, but by searching the Internet you can find several videos and articles on this subject (Global Research). Police are also known to target teenagers; In one incident, a 15-year-old boy was shot in the torso because a police officer felt threatened by a toy gun the boy was carrying while playing cops and robbers (Brainz) . A man was violently attacked by an officer while playing pool in a bar after shaking down a woman (Brainz). This would be a reason to question whether the officer had correct information about the man he was attacking and why he had to tackle and beat him. A man's house was burned to the ground and he was beaten to death by SWAT. This man was not charged (Brainz).
