    Germany and United Kingdom All countries in our world share many similarities and differences. This allows each country to learn from the failures and successes of others. Two of the countries that run their countries in similar and different ways are Germany and the United Kingdom. These countries each have their own style in how they choose to run their countries. Germany and the United Kingdom are both democracies in the world, but there are many differences between the two. Germany has a constitution, simple branches of government, a complex electoral system, and interactive local government. On the other hand, the United Kingdom has no written constitution, a complex government, a complex electoral system, and almost non-existent local government. In simple terms, it is seen above that Germany and the United Kingdom have similarities and differences when it comes to their political institutions, branches of government, electoral system and local government.
