    My guidelines that I wrote in Assignment 11, with necessary revisions abundant in comments from my group members: One of the goals that loan officers and What PNB bank employees have in common is providing excellent service. to their customers and become leaders at PNB. PNB must chart the path to leadership. Banks work in an environment limited by rules and regulations, but they can form a team to change their mindset. They will need to demonstrate creativity and ingenuity to change the dynamic of the team and ensure the success of the PNB. One way to prepare the loan officer for the leadership task would be to recognize and reward accomplished goals and shared responsibilities within PNB. PNB will begin to reward leadership rather than the status quo. It is important that PNB employees come together in an alliance to support change and learn the skills needed to make change happen.
