PNB must chart the path to leadership. Banks work in an environment limited by rules and regulations, but they can form a team to change their mindset. They will need to demonstrate creativity and ingenuity to change the dynamic of the team and ensure the success of the PNB. One way to prepare the loan officer for the leadership task would be to recognize and reward accomplished goals and shared responsibilities within PNB.
