    Procrastination is my number one weakness. Having such a weakness is distressing as I am currently a student. Fortunately, I'm not the only one who needs this behavioral change, "Procrastination is a common phenomenon among students" (The Relationship Of Flow). Diplomas and procrastination don't mix well; in fact, you can't get a degree without overcoming terrible procrastination. Since the start of my first semester of college, my number one dream has been to graduate from college. Procrastination is hard to overcome but I can do it. So my dilemma is pretty clear and overcoming this bad habit and making a positive change is my next step. I chose the topic of procrastination for my behavior change project because I need to overcome this bad habit in order to graduate from college and become successful in my life. If I want to correct my procrastination, I need to make a big change by filling my days with study time and completed homework. One area of ​​my life that I need to change is my desire. I believe the root of the habit of procrastination is not having enough desire to achieve my goals. Writers are a great example of people who have overcome procrastination. Books and articles created by writers sometimes contain hundreds of pages just to tell a story. They realized that procrastination is a weakness. Writers want the story to be told so badly that if hundreds, or even a page, are needed, then it will be written. So I found the solution to my problem, including an example to follow. Once again, I procrastinate before implementing the plan and reversing my procrastination. Procrastination will not get the best of me. I have to put my best effort into getting my college degree.......middle of the article......e but these four weeks were crucial. I now have an idea of ​​what I can accomplish by quitting social media and even turning off my phone. All I have to do now is get into the habit of completely banishing my procrastination. These four weeks of behavior change were just a big step towards my problem that was hurting my grades. I know what I need to do to stop my procrastination, so I just need to use my time wisely. It's hard to believe that I've had to struggle with procrastination since elementary school. I now understand this bad problem. I am making progress in solving my study problem. Projects like these and others in the future will make me a well-rounded economist learner, which is the opposite of where I was academically four weeks ago. I believe that college and college prep courses benefit me not only by increasing my grades, but also by improving my life..
