Autism TreatmentsAutism is a disorder that develops during the first three years of life. This affects brain development and impairs communication and social skills. The severity of the disorder is characterized on a very broad spectrum which depends on each individual. Autism causes abnormalities in the brain and the cause of these abnormalities is unknown. This makes it difficult to treat or find a cure. There are many types of treatments, including a wide variety of therapies and different tools and methods to use in this therapy. To treat autism, some even follow special diets, take vitamin supplements, bond with animals, and even seek spiritual healing. The accuracy of each method depends on the individual's autism, and no treatment can fix everything or everyone. There is no known cause for the mental disorder autism, so treating it is a difficult task. With many methods and treatments, guardians must test what works for their autistic child. The effect of treatment depends on each individual and no method works the same for every autistic child. There are a wide variety of therapies that address different ways of helping the child. They all contribute to communication and behavioral abilities that have been negatively affected in the brain. The basis of all therapy sessions are professional specialists and trained therapists who break down easy tasks so that the brain can learn them easily. In addition to the many therapeutic approaches, people also turn to vitamin supplements, prescribed medications, animal interactions, and spiritual healing. Every case of autism is different, so treatment should be different for each individual.Figure 1First, what is autism? It is a complex disorder......middle of paper......Rupert.
