    Confucius has influenced my views on social justice because I believe that if people practiced their own virtues, then the world would coexist in harmony. Humanity will care for the well-being of others, uniting countries and eliminating evil. Society must recognize the virtues of individuals instead of penalizing humanity for its faults. Confucius highlights the virtues of humanity, believing that it possesses the characteristics necessary to live in a society without prejudice or judgment. Human nature consists of instinctive virtues of survival, but Confucius also believes that they are not all bad, but simply poorly dominated by political authority figures. The Chinese philosopher aspired that his teachings would liberate his country, while society restricted the natural state. Individuals rebel against laws that interfere with happiness, therefore humans are less likely to experience happiness, and if they dare to defy policy makers, they are punished.
