School should be interesting and flexible for students' interests. Students learn best when they can relate to the material. The material must meet the needs of the curriculum, but with a community that supports it and supports teachers in the learning process. I believe in following flexible teaching strategies which are the best way to teach in environments that need improvement. Flexible does not mean unrestrained, but there are some models of flexible teaching strategies that help teachers who want all their students to succeed. Some students have a home life that helps them academically, but others do not. Students who tend to have a different view of school are helpful to those who don't. For students who do not dedicate time to their studies at home, this poses a challenge for the teacher to ensure that they do not fall behind or drop out. In these cases, it's important to remember that a teacher's classroom is full of people, not just students.
