  • Essay / Suicide Squad Case Study - 1065

There are arguments that human nature is not due to biological determinism through the evidence presented in Suicide Squad. There are various instances of the character's flashbacks showing that social forces affected the choices they made. Therefore, the characters were labeled as criminals because of the decisions they had to make. However, there was one case where transmitted traits were not manipulated by environmental factors. This example was observed based on the absence of external influences and was observed from a scientific point of view. While there are arguments for the inheritance of inherent traits, there is also ample evidence strongly suggesting that people's behavior is matured through cultural and social factors.
