I find myself reading, researching, and mind mapping with notes to make sure I can remember everything and improve my memory. I often find myself improving my memory by stepping away from the busy scenario and being alone to assess the situation, research and respond with factual information. I find that having a relaxed approach often helps keep my mind less overwhelmed and the information seems to stick in my memory. If I feel worried or stressed, I will forget.
