    Walt Disney was a small-town boy with a dream, just like any other American. However, what sets Disney apart from others is its creativity, courage, vision and results-oriented mindset. First of all, Disney focused closely on its creativity. Disney has always been known for its creative characters and stories, but how has that helped it be a catalyst for change? He continued to create. Disney's imagination never stopped and this allowed his business to thrive. Disney made many short films about Alice, but eventually grew bored of films that combined real actors and animated backgrounds. His next idea was Oswald the Rabbit, which was a series of fully animated short films. It was through this series that the Disney name became widely recognized among animators, audiences and critics. But Disney didn't stop there. Steamboat Willie was created and Mickey Mouse became the iconic character representing Disney. With the success of Steamboat Willie, it allowed the Disney company to become more financially stable, and knowing this, Walt Disney's imagination took off. This led to Flowers and Trees which earned Disney an Oscar, the first for an animated film. His series, Silly Symphonies, and the story of The Three Little Pigs, along with the use of music in film, showed that Disney's creativity was not limited. Disney went on to create many more stories and films that would only solidify its position as a leader in the world of animation. His ideas and creations were so successful that they caused movement and change within society. Disney was now the name of family entertainment in animated films. Throughout his life, Walt Disney demonstrated considerable courage. "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them", a quote... in the middle of an article ......in admired Disney as a creator, an animator, as a hero. He changed the entire dynamic of animation and put his company and its films at the heart of all its audiences. His creativity allowed the children's imagination to flourish. His courage to continue creating and thriving allowed families to come together to watch movies. His vision and goal-oriented mindset showed others that if you put your mind to something, you can achieve more than you could ever imagine. Disney has made a place for itself among men, women and children, which has proven itself to be a leader. To this day, Disney films are still known for their success at the box office, in homes and in stores around the world. Even his creation of Disneyland controls the amusement park industry.
