By reading about these heroes, children believe that good things happen to good people. These heroes encourage many children when they are young and explain right and wrong to them. For example, many fairy tales and comic books show children the types of behaviors necessary to succeed in life, improve society, and overcome difficult times. They become their example of healthy adult role models who, through difficult times and many contractions, were able to respond positively and overcome difficult times. Heroes prove to them that no matter how much suffering and hardship there is in the world, there are good people who always do the right thing and give us hope in difficult times. Heroes give us the courage to overcome emotionally, physically or spiritually.
