    A hacker, by common definition, is a person who uses computers to gain unauthorized access to data. Although some hackers commit crimes, there are also hackers who counterattack these criminals and their actions protect us from criminals on the World Wide Web. Although they are hackers, they are the ones who protect us from criminals on the Internet. Without them and their actions, we would live in complete chaos. On the Internet, billions of people are connected at the same time. Among these users are different types of hackers: white, gray and black hackers. White hat hackers are computer hackers who attempt to stop malicious acts, from cheating in a video game to industrial espionage. Black hat hackers do everything from changing words and formats on web pages to cracking code and stealing company information. On the other hand, there are gray hat hackers, these are hackers who can be influenced in one direction or the other. These are the hackers who practice codes and coding, they usually learn on their own, whether for fun, to start a business or get a degree. CHEs (Certified Ethical Hackers), or white hat hackers, are hired to find holes. in firewalls and vulnerabilities in power plants and water systems, they can also probe and spot intelligence systems and communications systems (Tendell). CEHs also need to know how all hackers think, they need to think outside the box. CEHs must be able to hack black hats in order to create counterattacks. Hackers are fighting against black hats to keep users safe on the World Wide Web. CEH's entire work consists of ensuring that a system is truly secure, through penetration testing. Penetration testing is a common practice in most newspapers. Cyberattacks on Turkish government websites are other possible suspects. Hacking has been around since computers existed. The first major computer virus created by a hacker was called "Melissa", and it targeted users of software made by Microsoft. Once the user was infected with the virus, they would send an infected email to the first 50 people in your contacts. Another crime involved 19-year-old Raphael Grey. Stealing the sum of 25,000 different credit card numbers and publishing 6,000 credit card numbers on the Internet. Onel de Guzman created the “ILOVEYOU” virus.
