Taking away the option of online courses from students in the first semester would not be a wise decision. Online courses could increase student participation compared to an in-person course. The low price of Chattahoochee Tech will always be an advantage. If students are allowed to take online courses from the beginning, this will be a key factor because students will be able to save a lot of money through online courses. Online education for new students will provide many benefits that will help a student be more productive with their time or take the time to learn the material at their own pace. Chattahoochee Technical College should not prevent students from taking online courses during their first semester for all of these reasons. There are many limitations that would be fine for students, but removing the ability to enroll in online classes in the first semester is unnecessary and will prevent Chattahoochee Tech from being the incredible school that it is.
