To face global and competitive challenges, organizations are now operating in a different way compared to past trends and records. The competitive advantage a company enjoys lies in its customer services. The cost of attracting a potential customer is five times higher than the cost of retaining an existing customer. When an organization fails to provide the desired level of satisfaction to its customers, they become dissatisfied and may spread negative word of mouth. In order to retain customers and develop long-term relationships with them, it is essential that the people in an organization are aligned with the company's goals and values. Today's employers are careful to encourage the workforce so that their individual interests are compatible with the goals of the organization. Many authors have stated that a happy employee will result in a happy customer. (Hellriegel et al, 2004) argue that in today's competitive business environment, the organization must give more than high revenues to gain the trust and loyalty of its employees (p. 70). It is the most appropriate way to manage people and motivate them.
