The ability to deal with it can be the difference between success and failure in anything that is done. Anything that happens in a work environment that can't be handled makes you feel unprepared and helpless. This will affect your comfort and satisfaction in your work. Stress impacts the quality of work and interaction with others. The positive way you deal with stress, so that people around you have great trust in you. Stress is the physical and mental reaction due to changes, expectations and experience in personal life. Changes in various conditions and demands of life will cause a bodily response which is a physical, mental and emotional reaction. There are different types of stress, in which everyone experiences different types and levels of stress depending on the situation and how we handle it.
