On the one hand, I must ensure that all students, including students with special needs, are accessible to the knowledge, skills and understanding covered in the program Australian. On the other hand, I must personalize my teaching strategies as well as my learning activities to meet a range of needs of the school's diverse student population in order to help them achieve their personal goals. In a nutshell, as a teacher, especially a learning support teacher, I must provide support and assistance to all students, including students with special needs.
