    What I already know about Mexican cuisine is that there are different textures and flavors. They use vegetables and herbs grown on farms and different spices are used. There are very old ancestral recipes that are still practiced. There are a variety of meats used in Mexican cuisine, such as pork, beef, chicken, shrimp and fish. Personally, I like to accompany my Mexican meal with a Mexican drink and margaritas are the most popular. This review is intended to encourage others to try foods from different cultures. Authentic Mexican food is not like a “chipotle” or “north of the border” fast food Mexican restaurant. The real deal is authentic Mexican dishes.
