“Constant effort, dedication, dedication and determination are the key to success” This principle I have followed in my career. Setting goals and striving to achieve them has always been my strength in both professional and personal life. I have always been amazed by computers and coded programs and looked forward to understanding the underlying meaning, gadgets, structure and pattern of how programs actually work. Learning simple Foxpro programs, Excel sheet formulas, and C programs from a young age increased my interest in computer programs. This childhood interest pushed me to do a diploma in information technology and later a bachelor's degree in the same field. Having completed six years of courses in information technology and two years of computer experience. I maintain the “Stay Hungry” principle and it has helped me achieve my goals. Staying true to this, I would like to explore the future and pursue the master's degree in MIS. I would like to use this knowledge to pursue a master's program in MIS. During the diploma years, I learned the fundamentals of object oriented programming, web page design, relational databases and understood the scope of information processing. I worked on a chat server project where we developed a communications tool for isolated networks where existing web communications technologies, such as Jabber, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, etc., would not be feasible. We used the incremental model. Initially the project was developed in C#, later to understand the implementation differences between Java and C# we developed the project in Java. This project broadened my understanding of programming languages ​​and strengthened my object-oriented concepts. We studied client-server interaction using Sockets, Swing, Messag...... middle of paper ...... different layers such as ETL, SIF, BDW stage and how the data are processed to generate reports as per requirements. The processing of information from raw data to the different processing stages resulting in coherent information is fascinating. Apart from academics, I worked at the NGO “Akansha Foundation” to teach underprivileged children. I have also passed two exams in Indian classical dance “Bharatnatyam” and represented my college in dance competitions. The fascination with information management, the seminar on “Hadoop vs RDBMS” as well as the exposure to IT housing made me realize the need for a concrete base in MIS. My long term goal is to conduct research in the field of information systems and I look forward to developing my career in the field of MIS and a graduate degree at the University of ______, _______ will be the right fit step in this direction..
