    Organizational StructureThe United States Navy is one of many military organizations and has been since October 1775. The United States Navy has the largest fleet of aircraft carriers in the world and continues to dominate every danger pointed out to the United States. States as well as the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard and Marines. I will describe and evaluate the structure and function within the United States Navy, compare it with its colleagues, and demonstrate its organizational plan which was the essential reason why Americans were freed from oppression and rejoice in the flexibilities constantly underestimated. Similar to other organizations in the United States, the US Navy has its own structure. When we take the example of a naval structure, on a ship, it is divided into a few distinct departments which are separated into divisions within the departments, depending on the mission of the departments. The first step is to start with the organizational charts which include: Commander, Executive Officer, Department Head, Division Officer, Chief Petty Officer, Chief Petty Officer and Work Center Supervisor. The commanding officer, also known as the captain, is generally responsible for the entire ship. The commander establishes the ship's strategies and rules and has final approval on all reports and projects executed under command. The commander's obligation is complete until relieved by the next competent commander. The commander is generally responsible for the security, prosperity, and economy of the command. The commander has the ability to impose disciplinary action and also administer advancement to the following pay grades, from E-1 to E-6. It is an organization where things are to a certain extent routine and where sailors can become fully familiar with the tasks assigned to them. It is also an expert organization as it requires a standard set of expertise to carry out its daily operations across different divisions. The commander has confidence in his command because he knows that each of the three aspects is respected on a daily basis.
